English Listening Course,高等院校實用英語聽說教程3,主講教師: 鄭艷玲 王劍珊,教學目的及要求,通過專門系統的漸進式的聽力技能訓練和實踐, 逐步提高學生的聽力能力,著重培養學生在涉外商務活動及業務中的實際應用能力。以達到學生聽、說、讀、寫各項技能的全面發展。,在課程中鞏固基本聽力微技能如數字、日期、方位等,著重加強這些基本技能在商務環境(如接待、詢價報價、交貨事宜)中的具體應用,進一步培養學生靈活運用聽力策略如預測、利用前后文或環境線索理解、適應不同口音的能力,同時教授相關商務語言點及背景知識。,在本課程結束時,學生不但能掌握系統的英語基礎知識, 商務英語基礎知識,而且還能熟悉相關文化背景及涉外商務英語知識,商務英語綜合聽力能力得以提高。,教學內容,本課程的教學內容圍繞商務活動涉及的基本環節為主題(Topics)進行組織。強調語言的交際性和真實性,培養學生具有一定的實用聽說能力。 為提高學生的興趣,將在對話和短文中注重題材的廣泛性,內容豐富多彩,具有時代氣息,貼近生活實際。 強調練習的多樣性和互動性, 第三冊15單元,每個單元由Ready, Steady, Go 和Cultural Tips或Business Tips 組成。單元練習形式多樣,如填空、多項選擇、詞組配對、回答問題等。,各部分具體內容如下:,Ready: 熱身階段,內容包括詞組配對、詞組填空理順正確句序等。 Steady: 聽力訓練階段, 分為四個Sections: 聽錄音填空、填表格、選擇最佳答案、口頭回答問題等。練習由易至難,逐步提高學生的聽力技能。 Go: 口語訓練階段,分為4個Tasks, 通過具體的實踐或反復操練提高學生的口語表達能力。 Business Tips: 選擇生動有趣、與主題相關的商務英語方面的短文,以擴大學生的文化背景知識或涉外商務知識,增強學生學習英語的興趣。,教學形式及方法:,教學模式將采用精聽、泛聽(提供最新的VOA或BBC報道)、教師檢查及學生自測相結合。 教師課堂講授聽力資料中涉及的專業詞匯及相關聽力技巧。 教師在教學過程中,堅持以“聽”為主的原則,讓學生反復聽取聽力資料(三遍以上),慢慢學會在聽的過程中去獲取語言的信息,而不能先讀書面材料再聽錄音。只有堅持不看材料先聽錄音才是訓練聽力的正確途徑。,指導學生學會邊聽錄音邊記筆記(關鍵詞與關鍵語句),將聽力材料中的要點記下來,以便聽完材料后可以依靠筆記來完成配套的練習。 教師根據聽力資料內容設置部分問題,學生在聽完聽力資料后進行回答。 重視學生的實際情況與需要,編選難度內容適合、實用性強、有意義的、學生感興趣的輔助教材。,指導學生加強課外聽力訓練,提供豐富自學資源,鼓勵支持學生課外自主學習,養成收聽收看英語廣播電視的習慣。 聽力和其他技能是相輔相成的,教學中注意發揮學生的主動性、積極性。在聽力訓練中,靈活采用一些跟讀、模仿、問答、討論和卷面練習等口筆頭訓練形式。 充分發揮多媒體教學的優勢,避免學生被動式學習,利用學生的多元智能,采用直觀教具以及視頻資料加強學生理解加深學生印象,培養學生利用非言語信息線索綜合理解的能力。,Unit 1 Company Presentation,Aims and Demands,To learn company basic structure and information To know about firms To practice compound dictation and note-taking skills To get key information,Content,Ready: Section B Steady : Section A, B, C, D Business Tips Supplementary listening: 應用能力A級Test 1 Assignment: Go: Task 1, 3,Procedure,Note: it is important for the teacher to put his teaching procedure in a 3-staged model: pre-listening, while-listening and post-listening.)
